Rosy Zavala | Media Minister

Rosy is a native of San Antonio and very proud of our city. She is a first-generation college graduate and earned a Fashion Merchandising degree with a minor in Business Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word. Rosy worked three jobs at one point to pay for her studies. So there is a very clear understanding of how important scholarships and having a positive role model play in a young person's life.

She was nominated to join the Inspiring Women's Club and is an active member of that organization.

Rosy and her husband Phil Zavala own IMAGE AVE CLOTHIERS. The store celebrated it’s 15 year milestone in 2025. Her professional career includes managing several boutiques and learning all aspects of the business. This experience of gathering the best practices of all these companies helped make Image Ave a warm, inviting and successful custom clothing shop.

IMAGE AVE stays on top of their game by keeping up with the latest fashion trends by attending market in Chicago, Las Vegas, and Dallas, Texas.

Clients have responded positively to the selection of clothing for men, women, and children.

Rosy and Phil have had the honor of clothing FIESTA ROYALTY for many years. Measuring and making custom uniforms for each year is a highlight of their business. They also work with the Queens, Royal Consorts, and the Consejo wives to keep them looking picture perfect.
