Ralph C. Morales | Day Minister

Ralph C. Morales is a 6th generation San Antonian. He attended St. Luke’s Catholic School

, Central Catholic, and graduated from William H. Taft

High School. He is a graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications.

He has spent the last 25 years in the pharmaceutical sales industry, promoting medications for patients diagnosed with schizophrenia and/or Bipolar I disorder. His most impressive achievements in his career have been the promotion to Brand Marketing Manager at Johnson & Johnson headquarters on the East Coast and winning multiple President Sales Club awards over the years.

His career goals are: to always excel in the Pharmaceutical Industry by staying knowledgeable, ethical, and always driving sales results; to embrace opportunities to mentor others like him and share the wisdom he gained from his years in the sales industry; and lastly, to find the purpose in his work by knowing that he is making a difference in the patients’ lives, directly and indirectly.

In his personal life, his goals are to have a strong faith in God, to build and nurture meaningful relationships with family and friends and create a life filled with experiences by traveling and starting new traditions that bring happiness and connection among those he cherishes.

His legacy goals are to be remembered as someone who: always lifted others up with a smile, laughter, and especially with kindness; and has the ability to create something lasting for his family and friends, like a tradition, a mentorship, or his support of the Rey Feo Scholarship Foundation.

Education is what fuels his sense of purpose being the second college graduate in the family. This empowers him to mentor others, contribute meaningfully to his work, and lead by example as a leader in the community. It reminds him that growth has no endpoint, and that each day offers a new opportunity to gain knowledge, deepen understanding, and become a better version of himself. Ralph is a proud member of the Rey Feo Consejo and believes in its mission to support education for all.

Many of these key aspects of Ralph C. Morales’s life represent his determination, dedication to leadership for the community and his never-dying love for his family.
