Fiesta Commission Mascot Dance Off and Taste of Fiesta

The San Antonio Fiesta Commission kicked off the six-month countdown to Fiesta 2026 with a lively celebration at the La Quinta Inn and Suites Medical Center. The Mascot Dance Off brought together several local mascots for a spirited competition filled with energy, laughter, and community pride.

After an unforgettable series of dance performances, Buster from VIA Metropolitan Transit stole the show and was crowned the Mascot Dance Off Champion. The event captured the heart of San Antonio—uniting Fiesta spirit, friendly rivalry, and local flair all in one joyful afternoon.

Guests also enjoyed a delicious Taste of Fiesta, presented by Dos Equis, featuring signature bites from Fiesta favorites, music by DJ Cindy “Bling” Segura, and special appearances from Fiesta royalty who energized the crowd and celebrated the official launch of the Fiesta season.

The event perfectly set the tone for the excitement and community togetherness that defines Fiesta San Antonio—reminding everyone that the countdown to 2026 has officially begun!
