Dia De Los Muertos Brunch
On a radiant fall Sunday, Rey Feo LXXVII, Dr. Damaso Andres Oliva, Jr., welcomed guests to the Día de los Muertos Brunch at The Club at Sonterra—a joyful and meaningful celebration of life, legacy, and learning.
Surrounded by vibrant altar decorations, festive costumes, and the soul-stirring sounds of tradition, guests gathered for a brunch like no other. From delicious food and specialty drinks to a lively photo booth and an elegant Catrina fashion show, the morning was filled with culture, community spirit, and unforgettable moments.
This spirited event was more than just a celebration—it was a tribute to heritage and an opportunity to give back. Proceeds benefited the Rey Feo Scholarship Foundation, continuing Dr. Oliva’s mission to “pass the torch of knowledge” to deserving students across San Antonio.
Heartfelt thanks to all who joined us in remembrance and celebration—and to those who help ensure the future is as bright as the traditions we cherish.
¡VIVA LA VIDA! ¡VIVA EDUCACIÓN! ¡VIVA OLIVA!
