A beautiful afternoon of fellowship and generosity came to life in the heart of Monte Vista as friends, neighbors, and supporters gathered for Rey Feo In The Neighborhood II, honoring Rey Feo LXXVII, Dr. Damaso Andrés Oliva, Jr., and his steadfast commitment to education and opportunity.
Hosted in the gracious home of Mr. and Mrs. Abe & Dina Juarez, the event offered an intimate setting filled with warm conversation, shared laughter, and a true sense of community. Guests enjoyed a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that reflected the spirit of neighborhood connection while rallying around a meaningful cause.
Beyond the celebration, the afternoon carried a powerful purpose. Proceeds from the event directly supported scholarships for local students through the Rey Feo Scholarship Foundation—furthering Dr. Oliva’s mission of passing the torch of knowledge to light the path to a brighter future.
